INGREDIENTS:

1 oz. Ciroc Vodka Peach

1/2 oz Mango Flavored Rum

1 Orange Slice, cut in 1/2

2 Lime Wedges

1/2 oz. Agave Syrup

1/2 oz. Pom Mango

4 dashes of Ground Cardamom

GARNISH:

Carved Pomegranate Skin

PREPARATION:

Lets start by adding the Oranges, Lime, Cardamom and the Agave Syrup to a mixing glass and muddle until all flavors and essential oils are extracted from the Citrus. Add all remaining ingredients and a scoop of ice and shake it for 5 fast seconds. The fresh fruits will make the drink nice and pulpy but if you want less pulp you can double strain the cocktail as I did in the photo. Now serve it in a long drink glass on the rocks.

The color is deep purple and the nose is intrigued by this unusual drinks ingredients ranging from the flowery notes of Cardamom to the citrus and tropical fruits. The taste is refreshing, delicious, tropical goodness that will make you keep your taste buds delightfully happy!
