The Paloma, Your Other Favorite Tequila Cocktail

Ah, the Paloma! That other favorite tequila cocktail. A refreshing combo of Tequila, Grapefruit, and lime.
I first enjoyed a Paloma cocktail whilst on vacation in San Diego. Paired with a couple of jicama tacos, it was the perfect moment of delight.
Since National Tequila Day will be quickly upon us, July 24th, I decided some Paloma's were in order.
Traditionally Palomas require Grapefruit Soda. (I've also made them using fresh grapefruit juice and club soda.) I decided to switch things up with a salt and cayenne pepper rim. Sometimes a girl requires a little spice in her life!
