World Cocktail Day is fast approaching on May 13th, which celebrates the day the word cocktail was first published in print in 1806 in The Balance and Columbian Repository. 200+ years later, we can all gladly raise our glasses!

Ingredients:
1.0 oz. Usquaebach Reserve Scotch whisky
1.0 oz. Pierre Ferand Dry Curacao
1.0 oz. La Quintinye Vermouth Royal Blanc
Grapefruit wedge (for garnish)

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass over ice. Stir, garnish with grapefruit twist
