The Tobala Negroni

1 1/4 oz. Campari
1 1/4 oz. Vya Sweet Vermouth (or Cocchi Vermouth di Torino)
1 1/4 oz. Del Maguey Tobala Mezcal
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir
Strain into an old fashioned glass over large ice cube
Garnish with orange peel or orange wedge
This is a bit decadent (given the $120+/bottle of Del Maguey), however, it is a divine mezcal Negroni variation that I treat myself to from time to time. It does not get much better than this.
I like to use the Tivolo King Cube 2x2" ice trays to create these larger cubes at home.
