The Voodoo Tingle cocktail was inspired from my love of Fernet Branca, Orgeat (almond syrup) and Tiki style cocktails. In addition the aged rum, lemon juice and the mint bitters make for a tasty cocktail which will leave you wanting another. If you love a good Tiki style cocktail like I do then look no further. Ingredients:

1.5oz Barbancourt Aged Rhum

1/2oz Fernet Branca

3/4oz House-Made Orgeat

3/4oz Fresh lemon juice

2 dashes Creme de Menthe

Garnished; lemon twist and mint bundle

Prep: Combine all ingredients except mint bitters into shaker cup add 4 ice cubes and shake moderately. Strain into tumbler style glass and add crushed ice . Apply mint bitters and garnished. Sip and enjoy!
