Atty’s Tiki Time: $14

Ingredients for ‘Atty’s Tiki Time’ include:
1½ ounces of Coconut Oil-Washed Rum
An ounce of Banana Nutmeg Syrup
Half an ounce of Fresh Lime Juice

In order for ‘Atty’s Tiki Time’ to be made, here's how it's done:
Method: Shake and strain
Glass: Tiki glass
Top with: Crushed ice
Garnish with: 2 dashes of coffee bitters with fresh nutmeg and mint spring

Note: When strained, add an ounce of Pilsner and three to four ice cubes.

Fun fact: The rum that's used in this drink is infused with Coconut Fat for a mere 24 hours and is then strained to make said Coconut Oil-Washed Rum.

Apples In My Rye: $14

Ingredients for ‘Apples In My Rye’ include:
2 ounces of Rye Whiskey
1 ½ ounce of Freshly-pressed Apple Juice
¾ ounce of Cinnamon Syrup
¾ ounce of Fresh Lemon Juice

In order for ‘Apples In My Rye’ to be made, here's how it's done:
Method: Shake and strain
Glass: Collins
Top with: A very small touch of Cinnamon Powder
Garnish with: Three apple slices and a bamboo stick to resemble a set of stairs of some sort

The Lumineer: $14

Ingredients for ‘The Lumineer’ include:
1 ½ ounce of Coffee Infused Mezcal
1 ½ ounce of Cynar
Two dashes of Chocolate Bitters

In order for ‘The Lumineer’ to be made, here's how it's done:
Method: Stir and strain
Glass: Nick & Nora, chilled
Garnish with: Lemon twist (then discard) and three whole coffee beans

Fun fact: The mezcal that's used in this drink is infused with 'Whole Coffee Beans' for a mere 24 hours and is then strained to birth a 'Coffee Infused Mezcal.' Additionally, 'Cynar' (pronounced as Chee-Narr) is an Italian Bittersweet Artichoke-Infused Liqueur.

Sling’n Beets: $14

Ingredients for ‘Sling’n Beets’ include:
1 ½ ounce of Grapefruit infused Vodka
¾ ounce of Fresh Red Beet Juice
¾ ounce of Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ ounce of Mace Syrup
An ounce of Cider

In order for ‘Sling’n Beets’ to be made, here's how it's done:
Method: Shake and strain
Glass: Collins
Top with: Black Salt
Garnish with: Grapefruit Peel

Gin Lassi: $14

Ingredients for ‘Gin Lassi’ include:
2 ounces of Gin
¾ ounce of Yogurt
¾ ounce of Curry Honey Syrup
½ ounce of Mango Juice
An ounce of Fresh Lemon Juice

In order for ‘Gin Lassi’ to be made, here's how it's done:
Method: Shake and strained with crushed ice
Glass: Tulip
Garnish with: Sage sprig and dehydrated lemon wheel

Fun fact: Lassi consists of yogurt, water, spices, and sometimes fruit and is a popular yogurt-based drink that originated in the Indian subcontinent.

Little West Flip: $14

Ingredients for ‘Little West Flip’ include:
2 ounces of Bourbon
¼ ounce of Blackstrap Rum
One Whole Egg
¾ ounce of Honey Syrup
¾ ounce of Fresh Lemon Juice
¼ ounce of Fresh Ginger Juice

In order for ‘Little West Flip’ to be made, here's how it's done:
Method: Dry shake, then shaken with ice, and then strain
Glass: Large Coupe Glass, strained
Garnish with: Angostura Stripe with an Arrow Design

Fun fact: The honey used in this drink is combined with hot water at a one to one ration in order to create a honey syrup.
