Not only is Drambuie a staple at many bars, but the Rusty Nail is cited as one of the top classic cocktails. The blend of aged Scotch whisky, heather honey, spices and herbs make this liqueur a spirits best companion. Head to The Flatiron Room to try the classic version or experiment with the brown spirit of your choice such as Mezcal, Dark Rum, Tequila, or Bourbon.

Jacob Tschetter, also known as the Bearded Alchemist at The Jeffrey, uses Geijer Glogg liqueur to make the Peter Pan. Geijer Glögg's spicy-sweet notes of cardamom, cloves and cinnamon rounded out with a hint of almond and bitter orange make this cocktail (which is topped with a pumpkin ale), taste like a spiked pumpkin pie in a glass.
