1 oz Campari

0.75 oz Lillet Blanc

0.5 oz St Germain

2 dashes Scrappy's Lavender Bitters

Soda, to top

Stir the first 4 ingredients with ice. Strain into a coupe glass, top with soda. Garnish with lavender and/or and orange twist.
