The Revolution Feast Spirited Dinner was hosted by Salu Bistro and Bar on Magazine Street and featured Phenix Brands (Stiletto Vodka, LL Kinahans, Mig Fuel, and Samogon) and local bitters company, El Guapo Bitters.

The Spirited Dinner was a sold out show, serving over 70 guests for the five-course meal. Phenix Brands Founder and CEO, Ray Edwards, presented the cocktails throughout the night and Salu’s Executive Chef, Dustin Brien, presented the evening’s dishes. Chef Brien incorporated the many spirits into each dish, elevating flavors and tying together the cocktail pairings. Edwards, New Orleans native currently residing in St. Louis, MO, enjoyed the nostalgic evening and toasted to his favorite city and festival, Tales of the Cocktail. The evening ended with multiple toasts from Chef Brien, Edwards, and Salu’s General Manager, Greg Thomas, with cheers from happy and satisfied guests.
