A Rose without a Thorn is a Fall sparkling cocktail currently available at Arun's fine dining Thai restaurant in Chicago. A balance between herbal and tart is made with muddled cranberries and rosemary, Green Chartreuse, Vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, and topped with Prosecco.
