Spicy cocktails are so delicious! I wanted to create one that was also tart, sweet and fun to look at! T Rex were a glam rock band that were soulful, funky and fun. Their song Cosmic Dancer is about reincarnation. I think that's pretty cool. To make Cosmic Dancer I start out muddling some cucumber and fresh thyme ,then add lemon juice to brighten up the drink. Giffard Rhubarb ands a tart and sweet flavor. Maracame Plata tequila is a smooth blanco tequila with notes of peppers and pear. Singani 63 made with muscat grapes adds more deliciousness and then Ancho Reyes Verde liquor for a final spicy kick! For the "cosmic "part I garnish my cocktail with Snowy River Cocktails all natural color and glitter. Very cool!
So put on your boogie shoes, rip up the dance floor and then sit back, relax and have a private dancer! Groovy baby! Cheers!

COSMIC DANCER RECIPE
1 oz Singani 63
1 oz Maracame Plata Tequila
1.25 oz Giffard Rhubarb Liqueur
.5 oz Ancho Reyes Verde Liqueur
.5 oz Lemon juice
4 cucumber slices
4 sprigs of thyme
Snowy River Cocktail Silver Cocktail Glitter, Blue and Purple Cocktail Colors

Muddle cucumber and thyme in shaker tin. Combine all ingredients except cocktail color and glitter. Add ice, shake and strain into a coupe. Sprinkle on glitter and color.
