Valentine's Day Cocktail

Valentine’s Day is around the corner and we have the perfect love themed cocktail for the special occasion. This drink is not your typical sweet affair. It features the special Gem&Bolt Mezcal made with the aromatic Damiana.
Ingredients:
2 oz. Gem&Bolt Mezcal
4 oz. pineapple juice infused with rosemary
4 drops Damiana Elixer
Dash fresh Serrano pepper juice
Garnish: three raspberries
Directions:
Add all contents to shaker with ice. Shake and strain over ice.
To make Damiana Elixer: pour dried Damiana into clean empty mason jar. Cover jar with Gem&Bolt Mezcal one inch above the herb. Seal with lid and place in a dark spot for 12 to 24 hours. Strain with a tight cheesecloth.
