Looking for a sweet treat for your Valentine that doesn’t include chocolate, flowers. an expensive dinner or a jewelry? A yummy Valentine’s Day cocktail may be the perfect choice! Mix up something romantically delicious that is sure to set the mood and impress your partner. It will be LOVE at first sip!

  • 1 ½ parts Maker’s Mark Bourbon
  • ¾ part Aperol
  • Absinthe
  • Dash rhubarb bitters
  • Splash Dolin Blanc Vermouth de Chambery
  • Orange zest for garnish

Rinse martini glass with a little absinthe and ice, stir and let sit. Fill a shaker with ice, add Maker’s Mark Bourbon, Aperol, bitters, and Vermouth, stir gently. Discard the ice and absinth and strain the cocktail into the glass. Garnish with a strip of orange zest.

  • 1 part Tres Agaves Blanco Tequila
  • ½ part Raspberry Puree
  • ½ part Lemon juice
  • 1 part Cranberry juice
  • Fresh Thyme
  • ½ part sugar cane
  • Champagne float
  • Lemon peel twist

Shaken and strained served up in champagne flute – champagne float; garnish with skewered raspberry and lemon peel.

Sugar Love

Muddle sweetener and strawberries together; add lime, rum and ice. Shake and strain into a tall glass with ice. Top with a splash of ginger ale (diet optional) or ginger beer. Garnish with half a strawberry on the rim of the glass.

Red Velvet Cake

  • 1 parts Amarula Cream Liqueur
  • ½ part Red Berry Vodka
  • ½ part Beetroot juice
  • ½ part White chocolate syrup
  • ¼ part Grenadine

Stir with ice. Fine strain into a martini glass. Garnish with vanilla foam.
