We created a homemade Coffee Bitters with Venezuelan coffee beans to complement this amazing Rum.
Tools: Shaker, Hawthorn Strainer, Coupe Glass
Method: dry shake, shake with ice, strain, serve
Garnish: Orange Peel, Coffee Bitters
Coffee Bitters: high proof rum, coffee beans, orange zest, lemon zest, gentian root, dried wormwood, cloves, sugar, cardamom, cinnamon.
