• 1.5 oz Cider Cask Finished Virginia-Highland Whisky
• ¾ oz Virginia Apple Cider
• ½ tsp Harvest Simple Syrup*
• Orange & Cinnamon Stick for Garnish Combine all ingredients in a highball glass, top with ice, rim and garnish with an orange twist and a cinnamon stick.

*Recipe for Harvest Simple Syrup: 1 cup Apple Cider, 1 cup brown sugar, 3 cinnamon sticks, 1 cup pecans. Heat apple cider in a sauce pan over medium heat, add brown sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add cinnamon sticks and pecans. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Cool and strain. Refrigerate leftover syrup.
