Ingredients:

• Vodka - 100 ml
• Lemon Juice - 50 ml
• Caster Sugar - 2 tblsp
• Pomegranate Syrup - 20 ml
• Soda to top up
• Mint Leaves
• Orange Slice
• Lemon Slice
• Ice cubes

Method:

1. Half fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
2. Pour the vodka and lemon juice.
3. Add caster sugar and pomegranate syrup.
4. Stir well.
5. Top up with soda.
6. Garnish with mint leaves, orange slice and lemon slice.
7. Serve.
