I’ve told you before that Watermelon Gazpacho is like summer in a bowl…refreshingly sweet. In honor of National Watermelon Day, I want to show you how to dress it up for a fun party dish.

Make a batch of my Watermelon Gazpacho from this post.

Dab some lime juice on the side of your shot glasses. I’ve had mine for years but really like these from Williams-Sonoma, too.

Press the glass into a dish of Tajin – my FAVORITE spice!

Fill with Watermelon Gazpacho and place on a pretty tray. Voila!

If you are wanting a bit of a kick, add 2 tsp of your favorite tequila to the glass prior to filling with gazpacho!
