Cocktail of the Week:
Poloma
  • Pinch Sea Salt
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz Silver Tequila (I used Partida)
Shake all ingredients with ice in a tin. Add 2 oz Sparkling Water. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a large wedge of Grapefruit.
