Brian Van Flandern is a world renowned former Michelin Three Star mixologist . He is the founder of Creative Cocktail Consultants (a global beverage consulting firm) www.MyMixologist.com. Brian is also the author of the award winning best selling cocktail books: Vintage Cocktails; Craft Cocktails; Celebrity Cocktails; and Tequila Cocktails (Assouline Publishing). The Food Network calls Brian 'America's Top Mixologist'. He has been seen on 'The Barefoot Contessa' and 'Bar Rescue'. He is formerly the head barman at PER SE restaurant in NYC under Chef Thomas Keller. Brian earned a reputation for making world class food friendly cocktails and was formerly ranked the number two bartender in the world. As the former Global Ambassador for Tequila Don Julio, Brian was instrumental in establishing the WORLD CLASS Cocktail competition, acting as a proctor, judge and jury in over 40 countries. He recently helped redesign the new Palm Court cocktail program at the famous PLAZA HOTEL in New York City. In 2016 Brian partnered with Seabourn Ultra Luxury Cruise Lines and Chef Thomas Keller to create a world class cocktail program for the luxury cruise line industry.
