Aperol Betty Spritz Recipe

An Italian summertime Spritz! A delicious alternative to the popular Aperol Spritz. The addition of ruby red grapefruit juice pairs perfectly with the Aperol and is the ideal poolside companion.

Ingredients

  • 60mL Aperol
  • 120mL Prosecco
  • 30mL Orange Juice
  • 15mL Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice

Instructions

  1. Measure the Aperol and juices into your stemless wine glass
  2. Fill the glass with ice
  3. Top with Prosecco and stir
  4. Garnish with ruby red grapefruit
