Vive La France: Bastille Day Cocktails

Bastille Day, the French national holiday that commemorates the beginning of the French Revolution, is the July 14th. While we are definitely not in Paris, Riviera 31 at the Sofitel Los Angeles has provided us with some drinks that will help you celebrate La Fete Nationale nonetheless.

ANTIBES

3/4 oz Bulleit Rye

3/4 oz Martel Caractere

2/4 oz Punt E Mes

1/2 oz Benedictine

2 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters

2 Dashes Angostura

Method: Mix all ingredients in a shaker, pour in a chilled martini glass

JUAN LES PINS

2 oz Nolet Gin

1 oz Grapefruit Juice

1/2 oz Blood Orange

1 oz Honey Syrup

Cardamom and Sugar Rim

Method: Mix all ingredients into shaker, sugar and cardamom rim and pour into a shaker.

VOILE ROUGE

2 oz Patron Silver Tequila

1 oz Patron Citronage

4 Slices Fresh Watermelon

2 oz Lime Juice Agave

Method: Mix all ingredients in punch bowl, serve over ice.
