We’re almost half way through Old Fashioned Week and we are excited to contribute with this Grapefruit Old Fashioned. It’s a riff on the classic, with added flavours from grapefruit and tonic.

The grapefruit and the tonic add a rather bitter profile to this one. It’s really delicious if you, like us, love bitter cocktails.

Whenever we do Old Fashioned cocktails we try to use as heavy and sturdy glassware as possible. There’s just something with the feeling of drinking a rather delicate cocktail from massive glassware. Call us old fashioned if you like!

Cheers, and happy Old Fashioned weekend!
