The Harvey Walbanger was once a popular cocktail in the 90's but has since been cast to the wayside with the many other sad, unbalanced drinks of that era. Here is a fresh, updated version that any true craft bartender would be proud of: the Harvey Goldbanger.

Ingredients in the Harvey Goldbanger cocktail

3/4 oz spiced rum
3/4 oz yellow chartreuse
3/4 oz golden blood orange juice
1/2 oz velvet falernum
3 dashes aromatic bitters

garnish: dehydrated golden blood orange wheel

How to make the Harvey Goldbanger cocktail

Shake all ingredients with ice then double-strain into a chilled coupe. Float a golden blood orange wheel on top.
