For every long weekend or as a perfect summer cocktail, this Kool Melon Margarita is just awesome. The addition of the Snowy River margarita cocktail salt mix really compliments the melon liqueur and tequila blend. Perfect as a brunch cocktail or aperitif.

INGREDIENTS:

• 1.5oz Tequila.
• 1oz Melon Liqueur.
• 1.5oz Fresh Lime Juice.
• Agave Syrup.
• Snowy River Margarita Cocktail Salt.

COCKTAIL RECIPE:

• Pre-rim the glass with Snowy River margarita cocktail salt using lemon/lime or egg white (for a thicker rim) as the binding agent.
• Fill shaker with ice to chill.
• Add Tequila, Melon Liqueur, Agave and Lime Juice to shaker.
• Shake and strain into martini glass.
• Garnish with a lime.
