Cupcakes and booze; while most people wouldn't necessarily think of the two simultaneously, it's now possible to do such, thanks to the latest collaboration between Georgetown Cupcake and Baileys.

Created by Sophie LaMontagne, this precious cupcake's aptly titled Baileys Chocolate Mint. The cupcake itself has a chocolate mint-base and has a mint chocolate ganache filling. Also, it's topped with a green vanilla frosting that's infused with Baileys, mini shamrock confetti, and a mint chocolate ganache drizzle lattice. While the cupcake isn't boozy, the frosting is, which might not seem like a lot, but if you're going to be drinking on St. Patrick's Day anyway, it might be best to keep the cupcake around as a source of food. Baileys Chocolate Mint blessed us all with its presence on March 1st in store (and can be shipped throughout the nation) and will be available until the end of the month. Please note; if you just can't wait to get your hands on said cupcake collaboration and live near a Georgetown Cupcake location but hate waiting online, you can always order the cupcakes online for in-store pickup.... thank me later.
