Jim Wagner

Just as I was intrigued years ago by my physics and chemistry lab experiments, now, today, some 30+ years later I enjoy learning the hobby, science and art of mixing spirits and other flavors to capture a feeling, the taste of a certain mood. On the other hand, simply just to savor, with multiple senses, the spirit and appreciate all the artistry and work that it manifests. Then the other half of the pleasure is to share it with someone else who may also appreciate it in their own way.
