SNOWY RIVER'S CUPID'S PALOMA - A TEQUILA LOVERS COCKTAIL.

Snowy River Cupid's Paloma is a variation on the Pink Paloma cocktail which is popular in Mexico and for lovers of Tequila. Cupid's Paloma is a must for Valentine's day and adds loads of color and flavor to a traditional Paloma.

INGREDIENTS:

• Silver Tequila 2.0oz (or use Mezcal).
• Pink Grapefruit Juice (1/3rd cup).
• Pink Grapefruit Pulp.
• Cocktail Shaker.
• Lime Wedge.
• Bar Ice Cubes.
• Snowy River Cupid's Paloma Cocktail Salt.
• Snowy River Pink Cocktail Glitter.

HOW TO:

• Pre-rim the glass with Snowy River Cupid's Delight cocktail salt using lime wedge as the rimming agent (for a thicker rim use simple syrup).
• Fill shaker with ice to chill.
• Juice the Pink Grapefruit.
• Add Tequila, grapefruit juice, and pulp to the cocktail shaker.
• Stir and strain into martini glass.
• Add a squeeze of lime and add the Snowy River pink cocktail glitter and stir lightly.
• Sprinkle heart glitter to finish.
