Woohoo, ~ICHI SUSHI + NI BAR~ is opening in its new digs on Tuesday February 18th (yup, tonight!). They have double the space to work in, and chef Tim Archuleta and team have been working on their new izakaya dishes. To recap, there is a 30-seat sushi counter in the front, plus table seating, and there’s also an omakase counter (later on, it will be by reservation only). In the back, you’ll find the Ni Bar, with izakaya-style dishes and snacks (and hella sake, shochu, wine, and beer options). You can read more about the new space and details in our previous post. Stand by for news about when Ichi opens their oyster bar in the original space.
