Today we have another Jennifer specific cocktail we call the Aztec Sacrifice. It’s a cocktail that introduces Añejo Tequila together with Corazon bitters.
The pairing of this cocktail is designed to play passion fruit against tequila, ginger beer and the addition of corazon bitters which has some nice spicy heat to it. The sweetness is accented with a bit of Amaretto and almonds play well with both passion fruit and ginger.
