When you think of a British pub, a perfectly poured pint of beer is probably the first image that comes to mind, right? Perhaps that’s why Neil Turner’s Milbank Arms Pub, a tiny establishment in the small hamlet of Barningham, England, has garnered so much attention recently for its extensive cocktail menu.

Although the bar is a bit off the beaten path, it’s a popular tourist destination for those who are looking for a naughtily named cocktail in an authentic British pub. Though Milbank Arms isn’t exactly a sunny paradise, Turner says his favorite drink is a Sex On The Beach—and there are plenty of other fruity concoctions on the pub’s menu of 85 cocktails, including the Long, Slow, Comfortable Screw.

Milbank Arms is one of nine traditional pubs left in the UK that don’t have a bar counter inside. The pub looks more like someone’s dining room than a bar—it’s home to Neil’s collection of over 2,000 mini bottles and a group of faithful regulars. Turner took over the pub, which has been in his family since the 1930s, when his mother died in 1987. It was last rebuilt in 1857, and although a few changes have been made, much of the pub’s interior has remained untouched.
